Shawn has worked with children since 2007 in before and after-school settings as well as in home care for children with special needs. Over the years Shawn has had many trainings provided by school districts and professional training agencies ranging from child development, child behavior, classroom management, tutoring, working with children with special needs, and many enrichment trainings. Shawn has been a Professional Monitor since 2021.

Pearl has a background to understand children with special needs. Pearl is working under the direct supervision of our lead supervised monitor Shawn Lockhart. Pearl enjoys calm visits in the office. She also works in the medical care field with the elderly and is available on a limited basis.
